The position of Supervisor of installers reports directly to the Project Manager and/or Company Manager. The role includes both supervision of the project execution team of DELTA and technical support to all work-related processes of the project.
Main responsibilities include:
- Preparation before the start date of the project (incl. review of project plan, calculation of necessary material, preparation of necessary tools)
- Participation in organizing the transport to the specific country
- Constant communication with site management and external suppliers
- Organizing inductions on site
- Composing professional correspondence, scheduling and conducting project meetings, creating and filing progress reports
- Full participation in all work processes during the project
- Tracking and controlling of the necessary documentation for the project
Requirements to applicants include:
- Proven experience in construction sites in Europe (obligatory)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of installations
- Well-developed technical skills and computer skills
- High level of written and spoken English language skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Loyalty, responsibility, accuracy and self-discipline
